Free health checks for Ifira residents reveal urgent needs

OPHA Members, Dr. Luke Ward and Dr. Lisa Amanaki recently traveled to Vanuatu to support a one-day clinic offering free health checks for residents on the island of Ifira.

The clinic received overwhelming community support, reaching those who may otherwise lack access to essential healthcare.

This initiative was in collaboration with the HOPE Medical Clinic and sponsored by Calibre Project Managers and Bank South Pacific Vanuatu. Plans are underway to make this an annual event, with hopes to expand reach to more villages across Vanuatu.
